Raven & Alec’s Winter Wedding

It was a joy to photograph Raven and Alec’s fairytale wedding day in February! They met in South Africa last summer where Alec lives and moved there right after the wedding! They are so sweet together – a real-life Tarzan and Jane story as their wedding hashtag implies. I wish them all the best in their new life together in South Africa – congratulations, Raven and Alec!

Mother-Daughter Session on Film

It was a joy to photograph Danielle with her two precious girls last month. The hills in San Diego are a gorgeous spring green! It’s rare that I get to photograph a mama with just her babies (Danielle’s hubby had to leave town early), but this was such a fun shoot and now I’m wishing I had some photos like this with my baby boys! Which is why I decided to offer a few “Mother’s Day” mini-sessions on Saturday, April 30th from 4:30pm-7pm in the evening. Your mini-session doesn’t necessarily have to be a mother-daughter shoot, it can be a mini-maternity session or a mini-family session too! Email me for more pricing details if you are interested. :)

Romantic Springtime Engagement Session

I am so thrilled for Alexa and Travis and for their upcoming wedding this summer! Alexa and I have been friends (my sister and I both thought she and her brothers were our cousins growing up!) since we were very young. It’s so special when I get to photograph couples that are near and dear to my heart! Congratulations Alexa and Travis – it was evident to me throughout this session that you have a wonderful and blessed life ahead of you!

Seaside Anniversary Session

I had the pleasure of photographing Lauren of Lauren Marie Photography with her hubby Josh while they were in town last month! We spent a beautiful, cool evening near the cliffs in La Jolla capturing some new, updated photographs of the two of them and the love they share. It was so fun getting to know this lovely couple!

Photography 101 Workshop

I’ll be hosting another beginner DSLR photography workshop on Saturday, April 23rd from 2-5pm in East San Diego County. This class is for people who own a DSLR camera and don’t know how to use it to it’s potential. I will teach ISO, shutter speed, aperture and other basic camera functions. There will be shooting time as well as plenty of time for q&a. Space is limited so email today if you’re interested in registering!
